This is the condensed version of Expedition. It's all 7 modules presented in one 9-5 day.

  2. Assets and Opportunities: Physical, Technical, Knowledge and Relationship Assets, Brainstorming Opportunities, Objective Evaluation.
  3. Venture Market Research Part I - The Customer(s): Buyer/Payer Markets, Buying Decisions, Market Research.
  4. Venture Market Research Part II - The Competition: Competitive Advantage, Market Research.
  5. Costing, Breakeven, Financing, UBIT and other issues.
  6. Writing a Sales Plan.
  7. Business Plan Development.
